Day 1 (Night in Negombo)

Welcome the visitors at the Bandaranayake International Airport. Proceeding to Kandy via Pinnawala Elephant orphanage.

Day 2 (Night in Anuradhapura)

Cradle of Sri Lankan Buddhist civilization / A UNESCO World Heritage site with ancient Stupa (Pagoda type building enriched with Buddha relics) / Witness world oldest recorded Tree – The Bo Tree Anuradhapura (Ficus Religiosa), original sapling of the Bo Tree from India which under Buddha enlighten. Worth walk around this well planned massive Buddhist ancient city.

Day 3 & 4 (2 Nights in Trincomalee)

Eastern capitol of the country with mix culture / explore most important Hindu temle in Sri Lanka / Fort Fredrick Dutch remains of the country / sandy beach / Boat ride in 2nd most important natural harbors of the world Trincomalee harbor / have a hot water bath at natural hot spring Kanniya / spend the day with mix of Hindu & Sinhala culture.

Day 5 (Night in Habarana)

Witness largest Elephant Gathering in Asia at Minneriya National Park / Climb Sigiriya Rock Fortress (UNESCO Heritage) and learn the ancient landscaping, hydraulic management, eco friendly architecture, rock painting and many more / Spent some time in local vegetable farm in Habarana and enjoy typical Sri Lankan local lunch with catamaran boat ride. / Visit one of the best preserved cave temple in south Asia Dambulla Cave Temple (UNESCO Heritage). Be with local fisherman.

Day 6 & 7 (2 Nights in Kandy)

Explore the last Royal Kingdom of Sri Lanka, Kandy, a well planned city with picturesque surroundings developed during British Colonial period / The most venerated Sacred Tooth Relic Temple / Mix culture / Royal Botanic Garden with more than 4.200 labelled species flora / spend 2 night in mild climate Kandy located more than 450 M above mean sea level.

Day 8 & 9 (2 Nights in Nuwara ELiya)

Simply it’s called “Little England”, climb further towards Central Highlands of the country / It’s a Tea Country located more than 1,750 Meters above the MSL mean sea level / Walk through Horton Plains National Park (UNESCO Heritage) and witness The World’s End !!! & Baker’s Falls and learn what is “Bio Diversity” / Witness Tea estate & Tea factory and learn how you get world famous “Ceylon Tea” / Spend 1 leisure day in this cool city with lot of British type hotels / lodges / Spend few hours in front of Gregory Lake the most beautiful place within the city limits.

Day 10 & 11 (2 Nights in Ella)

A small village with plenty of natural attractions & views / Stay leisurely in a country’s best guest house with stunning view / visit Ella Gap / Do a hiking / definitely make sure for easy walks through tea plantations, waterfalls and viewpoints.

Day 12 (Night in Kataragama)

A God own village, Kataragama Temple, most venerated temple in Sri Lanka by both Sinhala & Tamil communities / Visit most visited National Park The Yala National park and try to witness a Big Cat Sri Lankan Leopard (Panthera Paradus Kotiya) and many more flora & fauna species / Worth watching Bundala National Park – The International Ramsar Wetland Bundala and witness plenty of avian species including endemic / native & migratory birds.

Day 13 & 14 (2 Nights in Bentota)

One of most famous beautiful sandy beaches in Sri Lanka with plenty of beach resorts / Explore about Turtle Hatchery in Kosgoda and learn something about “Turtle Species of the World” and how Turtle Conservation is going on Sri Lanka / Best place to do some water sports including Banana Boat Ride / Jet ski / Speed Boat ride / Must do a Madu River Boat ride and learn different brackish water eco systems and how mangrove conservation.

Spend a lazy last day after long journey and prepare for your departure flight / Make sure to enjoy the Colombo Indian Restaurant and walk through the vibrant Colombo commercial capital of Sri Lanka when you go to the airport.
